HealthServe is looking for a committed and mature team player to serve as an advocate for migrant workers by engaging, educating, and empowering them through outreach and engagement initiatives. This role focuses primarily on workers in the construction, marine, and process sectors, while also supporting programmes that strengthen their resilience, wellbeing, and access to support services.

- Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, student groups, corporate partners, and community organisations to support outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, volunteers, and partners to ensure smooth and effective programme delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and organisational goals.
3. Relationship & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners such as dormitory operators, employers, schools, corporate partners engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, community organisations, and volunteers.
