We are searching for a dedicated Human Resources & Administrative Executive to join our team. This position reports to the Organisational Development, Senior Manager.
Human Resources Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports HR operations like recruitment, attending to employees’ enquiries, training and employee relations.
- Assists with the implementation of initiatives related to organisational culture and employee wellness
- Manages personnel database to assure accurate and updated personnel records.
- Implements onboarding and off-boarding processes to achieve good employee experience.
- Organises employee engagement activities to build teamwork and create office vibrancy.
Administrative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports the engagement of Board of Directors and Committees such as preparation of documents for meetings.
- Supports communication with stakeholders, which includes fielding enquiries that come through our general inbox
- Responsible for office operations such as handling office supplies, liaising with vendors on office equipment maintenance and other ad hoc duties as required
- Implements safety procedures that are relevant to Workplace Safety and Health
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), preferably in Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years related experience
- Ability to work independently and has a mature disposition
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Gross salary range:
$3000 – $3400
