Job Summary
- The Mental Health Training Executive will provide administrative and logistical support for mental health training programmes.
- It involves coordinating training sessions, managing schedules, handling participant registrations, and ensuring smooth operations of workshops and events.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to support trainers and facilitators in executing high-quality training initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee training coordination and logistics support.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate mental health training sessions for migrant workers, volunteers and partners.
- Coordinate and maintain logistics/ resources across the various training programmes.
Learning administration
- Maintain data of participants, trainers and stakeholders.
- Manage registration, attendance tracking and pre/post evaluations.
- Assist in report preparation, documentation and training feedback summaries.
Data management and reporting
- Identify organisational data sources to facilitate data measurement and analysis.
- Collect and consolidate data from identified data sources.
- Maintain and update records for training programme evaluations.
- Conduct initial data analysis and report findings.
- Compile data analysis reports to present findings.
- Support tracking of training budgets, expenses, and reimbursements.
Manage Stakeholders and Vendors on training-related enquiries
- Document, monitor, and attend to training emails, queries, and other feedback.
- Communicate with stakeholders on relevant training updates.
- Coordinate relevant logistical arrangements with stakeholders (space needed, shelter, sound system, tables/chairs, etc.).
- Coordination of volunteer trainers/facilitators.
- Support curation and implementation of the organisation’s marketing content based on defined marketing objectives and strategy.
- Monitor outcomes to track if organisation objectives have been met.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of mental health education, psychological support and psychological first aid.
- Understanding of community-based mental health services and stakeholder and vendor management.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple training programmes.
- Experience in event coordination, logistics management or training administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
- Data analysis skills, monitoring and evaluation of training data.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team.
- Ability to conduct trainings is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, social work or related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in administrative, events coordination or training support roles.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Location: Ability to travel off site around the country and support trainings after office hours (evenings and weekends).
